For optimal benefits, simply apply Sweet Dreams Balm Stick generously on the abdomen area or bottoms of feet 15 minutes before bedtime.  There are approximately 100 mg of magnesium per teaspoon in our formula.  We’ve made it easy to use the amount that best suits your needs!  Adults may increase dosage recommendations depending on your needs. This formula is also beneficial to apply at other times of day.  Sore joints/muscles or occasional headache?  Apply to areas of concern for comfort & relief.
